We can build you a new house, or simply an addition or remodel or restore your existing home.  Are you or a loved one getting older and need disability accessibility throughout the home - we intimately know disability accessibility.  Did you recently have a flood or fire?  If you did, you may have mold and structural damage as well.  We are very knowledgeable on how to work with insurance companies and get you the settlement that you deserve.  We are also excellent painters, tilers, flooring pros and carpenters and we can handle all sorts of repairs.  All our work is done using safe materials, energy efficient solutions, sustainable construction materials and practices.

Commercial Construction

We offer new construction services as well as  renovation work and rebuilds.  We can make your existing building completely new - in full or part.   We are very knowledgeable about commercial disability accessibility and we have experience getting settlements with Flood/Mold/Fire Insurance Claims.  We are also excellent painters, tilers, flooring pros and carpenters and we can handle all sorts of repairs.  All our work is done using safe materials, energy efficient solutions, sustainable construction materials and practices.

Design/Build Construction, Real Estate Development, Owner's Rep & Consulting

We specialize in design build construction, where we offer you a complete, turnkey solution to your construction needs.  A one stop shop - where the owner has one face card - one person who is managing the process, not multiple parties.  We also do real estate development, and can serve to that end in a project.  In addition, because we have a long service in the construction industry, we are happy to be an owner's representative on larger projects where the owner does not want to be involved with any of the management function.  In addition, we are capable consultants, and can offer credible witness and testimony in legal cases of faulty and fraudulent construction practices.

Recent News - Now servicing Indiana.  New sustainability solution.

Decor Design Build is pleased to announce that it is now servicing Indiana.  This is now added to service in Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, California, Florida, Colorado and Arizona.

Decor Design Build announces a partnership with a manufacture of a zero VOC  mold-killing additive for paints and adhesives. All other products are not zero VOC and this product is not available in retail establishments in most of the United States.  

Mr. Ehron Nygard, CEO of Decor Design Build exclaims in interview "this is an excellent opportunity for safe use of a mold-killing additive in basements, kitchens, laundries, around windows and outdoor applications where moisture can create mold."  Mr. Nygard further adds, "prior to this product, use of similar products with VOC content would put workers and occupants at risk for inhaling dangerous chemicals as the products would off-gas these insidious chemicals and in outdoor applications, these chemicals are bad for the environment - we are honored to be able to offer this difficult to attain product for use on all of our many varied sustainable construction projects."
